Make these British Bake Off biscuits without eggs or dairy! These vegan custard creams are surprisingly easy to make with or without a biscuit stamp.

Step 1:

Cream vegan margarine and caster sugar together. Then mix in vanilla extract.

Step 2:

Add plain flour, Bird's custard powder and soy milk. Press it together into a ball of dough.

Step 3:

Roll out the dough and use a custard cream stamp to cut out the biscuits.

Step 4:

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Step 5:

Prepare the dairy-free custard filling and pipe it onto half of the biscuits.

Step 6:
