These vegan Christmas donuts are cute, fun and fluffy. Dipped in dairy-free chocolate to look like Christmas puddings, they make a delicious addition to any festive party!

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, melted vegan margarine, soy milk and vanilla extract.

Spoon the batter into a donut mould.

Bake for 20-25 mins at 180°C.

Dip the donuts in melted vegan chocolate.

Once the chocolate has set, add melted vegan white chocolate to the top half of the donuts.

Make "holly leaves"  using green fondant.

And "berries" with red fondant. Brush with edible glitter if desired.
