Happy Veganuary everyone! I hope your year is going well so far.

For the last few years, I’ve always used January as a month to cut down on my sugar intake. A fresh start, if you will. I wouldn’t ever want to cut out dessert completely because I have a HUGE sweet tooth but there are definitely healthier options to the sugar and flour-laden treats I usually make.

If you’re like me and trying to eat a bit less sugar, this round-up post will help you out. I’ve teamed up with some fellow food bloggers to bring you 40 of the best healthy vegan desserts out there. It has something for everyone, including low-fat Veganuary desserts, quick and easy healthy desserts, keto desserts, gluten-free desserts and paleo treats. There are also some raw desserts, nut-free desserts and desserts that are free from all allergens. No one gets left behind!

1. Bounty bars

Soft, decadent coconut mounds covered with dairy-free chocolate. Just like the classic Bounty bars but vegan! When I first started trying to create Veganuary desserts, this recipe was first on my to-do list!

A naturally gluten-free, flourless chocolate cake that’s perfect for sharing. A rich, gooey healthy eggless dessert that is full of flavour.

3. Chocolate Walnut Slice

This chocolate slice is free from gluten and refined sugar, making it a healthier alternative to regular chocolate slice. It’s super easy to make and there’s no baking required.

4. Chocolate fondue

A rich and creamy fondue that requires just two ingredients. It’s great for dipping fresh fruit and pretzels into and is one of my favourite Veganuary desserts for sharing. Use light coconut milk to make a quick and easy low-fat vegan dessert.

5. Chocolate Orange Truffles

Melt in your mouth chocolate orange truffles. This healthy dairy-free treat is infused with vanilla bean paste and pure orange extract for a flavoursome sweet treat.

6. Chocolate Fudge

This dairy-free chocolate fudge is made without condensed milk or refined sugar. It’s rich, indulgent and gooey.

7. Chocolate avocado mousse

Dairy-free avocado chocolate mousse with only 6 ingredients. A decadent dessert that’s ready in just 5 minutes.

8. Tahini Banana Bread

I couldn’t make a healthy vegan desserts post without including banana bread! This healthier banana bread uses spelt flour instead of wheat, and maple syrup and coconut sugar to replace white sugar. You can even add optional chocolate chips if you want to make it even more delicious.

9. Oil free banana bread

If you follow an oil-free diet then you’ll love this banana bread! It uses peanut butter instead of oil but you’ll never be able to tell the difference. Make this healthy eggless Veganuary dessert to show your loved ones just how tasty and easy it can be.

Undetectably healthy, moist oatmeal banana muffins. An easy bake made with natural ingredients.
