This no-bake yule log is super easy to make and it’s vegan-friendly too! A chocolate biscuit roll filled with vanilla buttercream and coated with dairy-free chocolate ganache.

Step 1:

Blitz Digestive biscuits into crumbs.

Step 2:

In a saucepan, melt vegan butter with sugar, cocoa powder and water.

Step 3:

Mix the biscuit crumbs and liquid mixture together.

Step 4:

Between two sheets of clingfilm, roll it out to a 10x14-inch rectangle.

Step 5:

Add the buttercream filling, roll into a log and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 6:

Cut a diagonal section off of the log and place it at the side.

Cover with chocolate ganache and use a fork to create texture.
