Sticky Vegan  Biscoff Pudding

This vegan Biscoff pudding is sweet, sticky and SO delicious. Sponge cake topped with Biscoff caramel and biscuit crumbs.

Step 1:

In a saucepan, gently melt vegan margarine, Biscoff spread, brown sugar & vanilla.

Step 2:

Place the mixture in a bowl with flour, baking soda and soy milk. Mix well.

Step 3:

Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Step 4:

While the pudding is baking, prepare the sticky Biscoff sauce.

Step 5:

Pour the sauce over the pudding when it's done and cut into slices.
