Vegan Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls

Soft, fluffy vegan Biscoff cinnamon rolls topped with a sweet, sticky cream cheese speculoos frosting.

Step 1:

Mix self-raising flour, cinnamon and yeast together in a large bowl.

Step 2:

Next, melt vegan margarine, soy milk and caster sugar in a saucepan. Leave to cool 5-10 mins.

Step 3:

Pour the melted butter mix into the dry mixture, a little at a time to make a super sticky dough.

Step 4:

Knead the dough on a floured surface until it's no longer sticky and springs back when touched.

Step 5:

Leave the dough to prove 1 hour.

Step 6:

Roll the dough out and spread on the cinnamon filling.

Roll and cut the dough into circles then place into a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180°C for around 20 mins.

Cover with homemade vegan Biscoff icing.
