These easy vegan cranberry scones are packed full of flavour. They’re crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect served with jam and dairy-free butter.

Step 1:

Rub vegan butter into flour and baking powder. Stir in sugar.

Step 2:

Mix in soy milk then use your hands to press into a rough ball of dough.

Press dried cranberries into the ball of dough. Roll and cut the dough.
