For the hot chocolate sauce
1/2
Teaspoon
sugar
1/2
Teaspoon
cocoa powder
1/2
Teaspoon
boiling water
Instructions
Grease a small ramekin and preheat oven to 180°C/Gas 4.
Cream together the butter and sugar in a small bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, oil and milk.
Spoon the cake batter into the ramekin.
Mix together the hot chocolate sauce ingredients and pour the runny mixture over the cake batter.
Bake for 10 minutes and leave to stand for 5 before tucking in!

Best served fresh from the oven with a few spoons of vanilla ice cream.
