Ingredients

  • 200 g Vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 Teaspoon Orange extract
  • 100 ml Tinned coconut milk

For the coating:

  • 300 g Vegan white or milk chocolate
  • 20 g Vegan dark chocolate (for decorative drizzle, optional)

Instructions

  1. Over a very low heat, melt the dark chocolate and orange extract together.

  2. In a separate pot, gently heat the coconut milk until bubbles start to form at the sides, then pour it over the chocolate mixture. Leave to sit for 5 minutes then mix together until smooth.

  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for 45 minutes, or until it's firm enough to mould with your hands.

  4. Scoop the chilled mixture out, 1 tablespoon at a time, and roll into balls. Pop them back in the fridge while you melt the coating.

  5. Gently melt the chocolate for the coating then dip each truffle until fully covered. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

  6. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle a little over each truffle. Refrigerate until set before enjoying.

Recipe Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
