Ingredients

  • 150 g Chopped dark chocolate (5.2 oz) anything between 60-70% works best
  • 300 ml Full-fat coconut milk (1+¼ cups)

Instructions

  1. Gently heat the coconut milk over a low heat on the stove. When it starts to bubble at the edges, add the chocolate.

  2. Gently stir until the chocolate has completely melted into the coconut milk.

  3. Pour into a fondue pot and serve with dipping items of your choice.

  • Full fat coconut works best in this recipe due to its creamy texture but light coconut milk will also work. 
  • Any leftover vegan fondue can be refrigerated overnight and rolled into dairy-free truffles in the morning!
