Ingredients

For the cookies and cream milkshake:

  • 250 ml Soy milk (1 cup)
  • 10 Oreos
  • 3 scoops Vegan vanilla ice cream (I like Swedish Glace)
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • A few Ice cubes

For the chocolate sauce decoration (optional):

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Agave nectar or maple syrup

Milkshake:

  1. Place all of the milkshake ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Chocolate sauce:

  1. Mix the cocoa powder and maple syrup together to make the chocolate sauce. Swirl some around the inside of two drinking glasses. You can save any leftovers to use as a topping.

Topping:

  1. Pour the milkshake into the glasses and top with vegan squirty cream. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs on top and enjoy!

  • This recipe makes 1 very indulgent shake or 2 smaller portions. To add more volume, you can double the recipe or increase the quantity of milk.
