Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Caster sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Dairy-free margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy milk
  • Handful Dairy-free chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder to a mug or ramekin and mix well.

  2. Add the vegan margarine and cream everything together until smooth. The batter should look like chocolate buttercream frosting.

  3. Add the soy milk and stir again to make a thick batter. 

  4. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 45-60 seconds in the microwave or pop it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180℃.

  6. Leave to cool for 2 minutes before enjoying.

  • Baking time will depend on your microwave settings so start at 45 seconds and bake longer if needed. 
  • Recipe can be doubled for a larger dessert.
