It’s winter in the UK and that calls for frequent hot cups of coffee! But if you’re anything like me and prefer your coffee incorporated into baked goods, then you’re going to love this collection of vegan coffee desserts. I have included a couple of my own recipes plus a few from other food bloggers (with permission) and I think there’s a good variety so there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
