Vegan baking is fun at any time of year but I especially love me some Spring time baking! I don’t know what it is but there’s something in the air that makes me want to bake unlimited amounts of scones and banana bread, lol.

I don’t think I’m alone either, because Spring time is always when I see an uptick of traffic to my blog, as well as comments on my posts, and tags on Instagram when you make my recipes! Perhaps everyone gets a new lease of life when Winter ends, haha.

I’ve created this post to bring you 25 of my most favourite vegan Spring desserts so you can find them all in one place.
