5 minute lazy desserts
These desserts can all be made in 5 minutes or less. They also make very minimal mess so they’re perfect for a last minute dessert.
Vanilla Mug Cake
A light, fluffy vanilla mug cake with vegan sprinkles throughout. The most classic kind of mug cake that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
If you want something a little fancier than vanilla, try this red velvet mug cake instead. Super easy to make in the microwave and there's no mess left behind.
This is one of my favourite lazy vegan desserts and I make it quite often! It's rich and chocolatey with a brownie texture. I serve it warm with some vegan ice cream and it hits the spot every time!
All you need to do to make this delicious milkshake is pop some Oreos, soy milk, dairy-free ice cream and cocoa powder into a blender. Top it with dairy-free squirty cream for an extra special touch.
