If you’re new to making desserts, don’t have an oven or simply don’t want to bake, try one of these vegan no-bake desserts. There are over 30 recipes to choose from and there’s something for everyone in this list, including fudge, truffles, rocky road, pies, bars and lots more!
I once created a roundup post for easy vegan desserts with few ingredients and I could have sworn I made a vegan no-bake desserts post around the same time. Apparently, though, that post never actually existed, so I am creating it for real today, LOL.
I’ve included all of my favourite no-bake treats in this post and there’s sure to be something for everyone. Whether you like fudge and truffles, or prefer larger desserts like cheesecake, you’ll find a recipe that you love on this page.
The best vegan no-bake desserts
To make the page a little easier to navigate, I’ve grouped the recipes up into categories. The categories are: fudge, truffles, bars, cheesecakes, ice cream and milkshake, and everything else! I hope you like the recipes and if you make any of them at home, please let me know how you get on by leaving a comment at the bottom of the page. Enjoy! xo
Fudge
First, let’s start with the fudge recipes!
Biscoff Fudge
A quick and easy fudge recipe with just 2 ingredients- vegan white chocolate and Biscoff spread. Just melt the two ingredients together in the microwave or on the stove stove, pop it into a dish and leave it to set.
This peanut butter fudge has just 3 simple ingredients and condensed milk is not one of them! You can make it as simple or as fancy as you like. Add chocolate, peanuts or anything else your heart desires!
Tablet is a variation of fudge but it is much more grainy in texture and it melts in your mouth! It's super sweet and is great for serving alongside a cup of tea or coffee.
Three of my favourite no-bake vegan truffle recipes.
Chocolate Truffles
A recipe for basic truffles that contains just 2 ingredients. Once you've mastered the basic truffles, you can add any kind of flavourings or decorations to make them look just like shop-bought ones!
These Oreo truffles are made with vegan cream cheese and Oreo biscuit crumbs. You can enjoy them as is or you can cover them with vegan white and/or dark chocolate. The choice is yours!
These Biscoff truffles are similar to the Oreo ones in that they are just biscuit crumbs mixed with vegan cream cheese. These are a great alternative to chocolate truffles if you're not much of a chocolate lover.
This is one of my absolute favourite vegan no-bake desserts! It's packed with dairy-free white chocolate chips, popcorn, pretzels, Digestive biscuit pieces and mini vegan marshmallows. The perfect combination of sweet, salty and crunchy.
Tiffin is a Scottish dessert that is quite similar to rocky road except it contains raisins instead of marshmallows. It's a crunchy, no-bake chocolate fridge cake that is super popular in bakeries.
If you don't like raisins, try this Oreo version of chocolate tiffin instead. It uses chocolate chips instead of raisins and has a vegan white/milk chocolate topping. So good!
This is the third tiffin recipe on my blog and it's a Biscoff version. It's quite similar to the other two but has that classic speculoos flavour throughout, and a white chocolate Biscoff topping.
These macaroon bars are traditionally Scottish and you'd never guess they're made with potatoes! A sweet, creamy fondant covered with vegan chocolate and toasted desiccated coconut.
Here we have 6 of the best vegan no-bake cheesecake recipes. These are quick, easy and good for feeding a small crowd.
Vanilla Cheesecake
This cheesecake is one of the easiest no-bake vegan desserts you can make! It has a classic Digestive biscuit base and a smooth, creamy vanilla filling. All this without cashews or coconut cream!
This cheesecake is made with a gingernut base to balance out the super sweet, creamy white chocolate filling. This is a great dessert that's easy to make but looks impressive.
This cheesecake is quite similar to the vanilla one as it also has a biscuit base. However, this one is topped with lots of fresh strawberries and sweet strawberry jam. So delicious!
This is one of the most popular no-bake desserts on my blog so far! It has a Biscoff biscuit base and a smooth, creamy Biscoff filling. Perfect for summer and for feeding a crowd!
This is the last cheesecake I've included in this post and this one is chocolate flavoured. It uses melted vegan chocolate in the filling and is paired with a Hobnob biscuit base.
Homemade ice cream and milkshake recipes that are great for Summer.
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
This dairy-free ice cream uses coconut milk to create a smooth, creamy texture that tastes just like the real deal! You don't need an ice cream machine to make it either so it's super easy!
This is an actual recipe for creamy banana ice cream, not just blended frozen bananas. It's super refreshing on a hot day and packed with banana flavour.
A rich, chocolatey, creamy milkshake flavoured with Oreo biscuits. Top it with dairy-free whipped cream and chocolate sauce for a comforting yet refreshing treat.
All of my other no-bake desserts that didn’t quite fit into the other categories!
Chocolate Strawberries
A classic no-bake dessert but definitely still worth mentioning! These chocolate strawberries are decorated with different colours of chocolate and cake decorations to make them look extra special.
If you're looking for a no-bake recipe that's fun to make with children, give these gummy bears a go! The only equipment you'll need is a gummy bear mould and dropper!
This banoffee pie is made up of a Digestive biscuit base, fresh bananas, homemade caramel and dairy-free whipped cream. The best vegan no-bake dessert for Summer parties and BBQs!
The same nostalgic childhood treats but without the dairy! This recipe uses vegan-friendly crispy rice cereal, chocolate, margarine and golden syrup, to make a crunchy treat that everyone will love.
